When do you think we will be able to put together our own 25 man Naxx? Do we know enough appropriately geared people to put together a dedicated team (especially if we start to compete with Frazz)? I hate the way he runs his raids.
I know it's tough to get 25 people all to commit, but we're essentially pugging this raid every week. Nice enough people and they seem to know how to play their toons but some of them are sorely undergeared for 10 man naxx let alone 25 man.
My expectations of raiders has gone up from running with all of you. I expect people who are in this raid and know it in advance to have read up on the fights - there should be minimal explaining necessary. I know that's a Frazz characteristic, but it seemed that even after the explanations people still had no clue.
Ok I know this sounds more like bitch and moan, but it was a depressing run. Maybe my expectations are too high. Especially since my healing seemed to be off some.

I'd love to get our own 25-man going. I am still looking into it and Nykk and some others made a pretty good point. We ourselves have a really good dynamic and getting more for a 25-man may destroy that. Doesn't mean we are totally against it, it just means we need to find the right people before we jump into it.
Last night was incredibly painful and is probably the last time I run with that group. Because of that run, I had the most expensive repair bill EVER. You were doing just fine on healing, however we ran into problems when you went to help heal the others. If they had been doing their job, you wouldn't have had to do that. You would have had the trust to know they would be fine. We had two great healers last night, and quite frankly none of them were on me. Your a great healer, but you can't do it all by yourself.
The idea has been brought up before. As Grexis said we have a great group right now, and I'm worried about destroying that dynamic by bringing more people in. On top of that leading a 25 man is a logistical, headache-inducing nightmare.
Now this all doesn't mean that I'm totally against the idea if we could find the right group of people, but the idea hasn't really been pursued all that much as we're doing just fine with our 10 man group. Yes, we could get better gear by running 25 man Naxx, but at the same time we can get even better gear by running 10 man Ulduar.
Another thing to think about is even though 25 man Naxx is horribly undertuned to the point of being way easier than 10 man, the opposite situation exists in Ulduar. From what I've been seeing on WoWInsider and WorldOfRaids, 10 man may even be slightly on the too easy side with 25 man being on the slightly too hard end.
When running with Frazz's raid it doesn't feel like "25 man Naxx ... is way easier than 10 man." But that's just me being grumpy.
Now i agree with what Nykk and Grex are saying and I do believe we would be destroying the ebb and flow of the group if we dont find the "right" ppl for the group, and that being said, does the "right ppl" have to be only in this guild or do we have the option of seeking like minded individuals outside the guild that share our ideals and hopefully our trusr?
I don't have a problem going outside the guild, We've pretty much tapped all the best talent out of Geriatrics with the exception of Yuny, darchon, Fyr, etc. Those three have scheduling conflicts. So we would have to have outside recruitment done in order to fill the last of our ranks.
