DPS Hierarchy According to Blizzard

Over at WoWInsider they have a post stating Blizzard's official stance on who should be where in the DPS hierarchy. According to this Hunters, Mages, Rogues, and Warlocks should be even with everyone else just slightly behind them. Obviously this isn't always the case as class balance is a continuous process, but this is what Blizzard is aiming for. They have also said that the non-top classes could easily be right with if not above the top classes if they have better gear, more skill, or the encounter design just happens to favor that class.
