No Upgradable Emblems

Over at WoWInsider they have a post stating definitively that you will not be able to get higher tiers of emblem gear with the lower emblems. However, you will be able to trade the new Emblem of Conquest from 25-man Ulduar for the emblems for 25-man Naxx gear. The reasoning given for this is that they want to encourage people to move up to a new tier of content and keep progression moving instead of being able to run 3 hour Naxx farm runs for Ulduar gear.
