So apparently the latest PTR notes made Crusader Strike have what is essentially a reverse MS debuff. According to the tooltip if you hit someone while casting it reduces their healing and damage by 50%.
GC has jumped on the forums already and made it very clear this change was never intended to go onto the PTR, but the update was pushed before the change was pulled. While it's still frustrating to see something interesting taken away at least they did it before Pallies got used to the new mechanic. GC also states that they are looking at ways to make CS more interesting and useful in both PVP and PVE.
