The past few weeks have been crazy! I've begun the much needed remodeling of my house. It's been a lot of hard work and is going to continue that way for some time. Kat and my sister-in-law had some fun in Florida before bring everything up from our storage unit. My dad for the very first time came up for the past week to help oversee the remodeling. Since I'm a relative noob to remodeling, I made some mistakes. My dad was able to rescue my projects and get them back on track. I couldn't have done it with out him.
An added bonus is having my nephew here with me. He's grown up so fast and the amount of help he has provided has been priceless. He has worked his ass off since getting here and I appreciate all the help he's given me. He'll be pretty suprised at the pay day I'm about to give him.
On a final note I've been jamming to the new Alice In Chains song "A Looking In View" all morning. This song rocks so hard like a horseshoe to the brain!!!

Not that I have a lot that needs done. Just replace some sheetrock, paint, and put in new flooring throughout the place.

Beer isn't a problem. The problem is deciding whether or not to actually do the work. I have to fix the Sheetrock and paint but the flooring isn't a necessity and would cost me about $1k. However the carpet isn't the best and I'd really rather have laminate flooring. If I'm going to move in a year though what's the point?
The point would be that the better looking the place is and the more up to date it is the better the value of the property is and the more money you will recieve for it. And thats what everyone wants, easier upgrades with more money going into your pocket. In WoW terms, Nick, the more epic it looks, the more sought after it will be.

Mod I fully understand that. However, it IS a trailer house and therefore the resale value is crap anyway. If I could guarantee that I would at least break even by spending the $1k to fix it I most definitely would. However, I'm not sure that I wouldn't still lose money doing that.

Well Kira in regards to you making fun of my trailer I can always say that at least I own my own place.
I'm sure Geeon will find some way to do some naked sunbathing with the wife. From what he says he's really good at finding solutions to those types of problems.
Already handled.. Resort offer all day babysitting with activities for the kids !!
