Advent Knights Is Now On Steam.

|

Since my Xbox was stolen and returned broken. I have been getting my gaming fix on Steam lately. Playing around with the community features I created our gaming group there if any one is interested in joining let me know. This weekend if we can get the time Goroxx and myself will be attempting a co-op run through thecampaign mode in Unreal Tournament 3.

On a side note, Dungeons and Dragons Online is going free to play. The game was pretty lacking when it first came out but since then the media (ie massively) have been reporting the game has been much improved since. Soon it will be a good time to try it out.

Steam is probably one of the best things Valve has ever done, and now that they have good buy in from EA it's freaking awesome. I don't think I've bought a PC game aside from WoW from retail for a long time, I just download everything off Steam anymore since I find it more convenient and I don't have to keep track of CDs.

My Steam handle is Naclos if you want to add me to your friends list and send me an invite to the group.

I'd love to join in on the UT3 thing this weekend, I've beat the game before, but always loved playing co-op. Unfortunately I'm going out of town for family stuff for the weekend so I won't be around.

Btw, if anyone hasn't played Half-Life 2 yet and wants a free copy through Steam, let me know I've got an extra since I bought the Orange Box a while back for EP1&2

New and improved free D&D online eh? Hrm, maybe I'll give it a whirl again. On the UT3 note, never been much into that type of gaming but I may give it a shot some time. Not sure when I'll be on though since I'm waiting for my gaming system ram. Here's hoping that's all that's wrong and I can get back to gaming. Still need to finish Assassin's Creed.

We should be on later tonight. UT3 has been a pain in the ass to setup for multi-player, but I think I got it lined out last night. Fucking Epic really dropped the ball on their multi-player setup documentation and system.

Don't worry Kira, when your back up and running we'll bring you over to the dark side of FPS games. :)
